At Next Day Koi, we are committed to ensuring your new koi arrive at your doorstep safely. Beginning December 19th, UPS has extended its guaranteed delivery times through the end of each day in order to accommodate holiday shipping demands. This extension applies to all orders scheduled for delivery on Saturday, December 19th through Thursday, December 31st. We will closely monitor the status of all deliveries for possible delays.
We make every effort to package live fish shipments to withstand multiple days in transit, so we are optimistic that your fish will arrive in good condition. As UPS has suspended their service guarantee as of March 26th, 2020, Next Day Koi is unable to refund shipping costs for any lost or delayed shipments. However, all Koi, Butterfly Koi and Goldfish from Next Day Koi are covered by our industry-leading 14-Day Worry-Free Guarantee.
Please note that our office will be closed on Friday, December 25th, and Friday, January 1st, in observance of each holiday.
