Meet Heart Nose.
This little beauty of a Heisei Nishiki (HAY-say-nee-SHEE-kee) was spotted by a staff member who took this video. Heart Nose has a unique heart-shaped pattern on its nose, and if you look closely enough, the heart even appears to beat as the fish breathes.
